ToEon Community Guidelines

Our Mission and Scope

The mission of ToEon is to inspire people to unleash their creativity and transform their creative potential into sustainable economic success. These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") set out which content and behaviours are permissible on our platform and which are not. They are a binding component of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

We reserve the right to restrict or remove the dissemination of unlawful or harmful content and to remove or suspend the accounts, individuals, and groups that create or disseminate it.

If you find content that violates these Guidelines, please report it using our reporting function. For questions or concerns, please contact: legal@Aeongraph.io

I. Protection Against Misinformation and Fraud

ToEon is not a place for misinformation, disinformation, or false information. We will remove or restrict content that could harm health, safety, user trust, or the public.

I.1. False Representation of Persons & Works

It is prohibited to disseminate content that falsely represents artists, creators, or their works:

  • • Unsubstantiated claims about personality, conduct, or professional achievements.
  • • Fake quotes, statements, or interviews that never occurred.
  • • Manipulated media (e.g., deepfakes, AI-generated images/videos) that give the impression a creator has said, done, or created something that does not correspond to reality.
  • • False attribution (e.g., a work is falsely attributed to another person or a person's authorship is denied).

I.2. Misinformation on Copyright, Licenses & Technology

Especially in the creative industry, correct information regarding rights is essential. The following are prohibited:

  • • False copyright or license claims (e.g., unauthorized removal or addition of copyright notices).
  • • Misleading myths about usage rights, fair use, or public domain that could lead to legal infringements.
  • • Technical misinformation regarding AI tools, image editing, watermarks, or security features.

I.3. Fraud, Fake Offers & Marketplace Rules

To protect our members from financial harm, the following content and practices are prohibited:

  • • Fake castings, competitions, or tenders that do not exist or serve only for data collection.
  • • Fraudulent license sales (selling works that do not belong to you) or selling fake tickets or counterfeit merchandise.
  • • No fake portfolio entries (uploading images not created by you without permission).
  • • No misleading sales practices (e.g., intentionally providing false resolution, editing rights, or terms of use).
  • • No falsely claiming "exclusive offers" that are, in reality, widely or freely available on the internet.

II. Protection Against Harmful and Illegal Content

II.1. Dangerous and Illegal Content

  • • Non-age-appropriate content: Sexually explicit depictions, pornography, or sexualized violence are prohibited. Artistic nude acts and depictions are permitted if they have a clear artistic context and are appropriately labelled. Sexual content involving minors in any form is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
  • • Depiction of violence & threats: No explicit, realistic depictions of extreme violence or mutilation, except within a clear artistic context with a warning notice. Threats against individuals or groups will not be tolerated.
  • • Dangerous goods & activities: It is not permitted to promote the sale, purchase, or production of dangerous, illegal, or regulated goods (weapons, drugs, explosives).
  • • Animal exploitation: Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies animal cruelty is prohibited.

II.2. Hateful and Discriminatory Activities

  • • Hateful activities: No content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics.
  • • Violent actors: Content that supports terrorist organizations, extremist groups, or organized acts of violence is prohibited.

II.3. Protection of Physical and Mental Safety

  • • Child safety: Any exploitation, endangerment, or depiction of minors in harmful contexts is prohibited. Suspicious content will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.
  • • Self-harm & harmful behaviour: No content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. Artistic explorations are permitted but must be presented responsibly and, if necessary, accompanied by warnings.
